We  are  located  on  the  main  line  of 
the  New  York  Central  and  Nickle  Plate 
Railroads,  on  which  we  can  make  ship- 
ments either  by  express  or  freight.  We 
have  been  in  business  here  for  thirty- 
seven  years.  Visitors  are  always  welcome 
to  call  and  inspect  our  nursery  and  storage 
buildings.  All  stock  is  well  graded  and 
carefully  packed. 


TERMS 

Two  per  cent  off  for  cash  before  stock 
is  shipped.  No  claims  for  rejection  will  he 
allowed  unless  made  within  five  days  after 
arrival  of  goods.  5 at  10  rates;  25  at  100 
rate;  250  at  1000  rate.  Boxing  and  pack- 
ing charged  at  cost. 

While  we  hold  ourselves  in  readiness 

to  replace  all  trees,  etc.,  that  may  prove 
untrue  to  label,  free  of  charge,  or  refund 
the  amount  paid,  it  is  mutually  understood 
and  agreed  to,  between  the  purchaser  and 
ourselves,  that  our  guarantee  of  genuine^ 
ness  shall  in  no  case  make  us  liable  for 
any  sum  greater  than  that  originally  re- 
ceived for  said  trees,  etc.,  that  prove  un- 
true.
